Payments and orders

For questions about payments, charges or orders, email geral@megachoise.com. Include the reading, the email used at checkout and the payment reference, if available. Never send your full card number, security codes or passwords.

Pending payment

Your reading becomes available after payment confirmation. If payment is pending, do not pay again just because of the delay. Keep your confirmation and contact support if you need help.

Access to your reading

Use the personal access link sent by email and check your spam folder too. If you cannot open the reading, tell support the purchase email and the reading. Do not publish your personal link or reading details.

Privacy and data

For questions about your data or to exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy, email geral@megachoise.com. Send only the information needed to identify the request.
